How to check
when you are rostered
1) Click on people database
2) Type your name into the search box and hit "Search"
3) Click on "Scheduled Block" on the far right hand
side (If there are multiple records make sure that you click on
the correct record!!!)
4) It will open a new window with all the times and roles that
you are alocated for in the future.
5) Please note that "Download This to Import into Outlook"
link currently does not work
Adding Songs to a
service - Worship Leaders Only
1) Click on "Song Database"
2) Find the song that you want to add ie "Faith"
3) Click on the name of the song to check that you have the correct
song. Some songs have the same title but different lyrics and
music.
4) Click on the [+] sign on the far right hand side
5) Confirm that the song was added. It should say Remove "Songname"
down the bottom
6) Click previous page and continue doing this until all songs
are completed. Be careful that as you add more songs to the
list that they continue to be added to the remove list ie if you
choose 6 songs there should be six songs listed in the remove
section
7) When finished click "Complete the Process"
8) Choose the order of the songs, select the service date you
want to add the songs to, include the password provided by Ben
and click "Save Songs to this date"
9) You're Done!!!
