MORNING “CUPPA” SERVING ARRANGEMENTS
For the information of all who have offered to serve on the “MORNING
CUPPA” Roster.
SET UP at 9.00 am before the start of Morning Service
Collect the following from the Kitchen and wheel to the Serving
Area in Chandler Theatre Foyer:
2 URNS filled with water
1 PLASTIC CONTAINER containing Cups; Coffee; Tea; Sugar; Spoons;
2 EXTENSION POWER CORDS
2 PLASTIC JUGS stored near Urns under sink
The red Trolley is provided for moving these items to the Serving
Area
At Serving Area, plug filled Urns into Power Box on Wall.
Urns need to be placed on the floor behind the Trestle Tables,
and close against the wall below the Counter.
Urns should be set on “3”, and they will be ready
for serving after the service.
SERVE after service.
Leave the service during final song following message.
Collect from the Kitchen, milk, and cordial, before the congregation
members arrive for “Cuppas”.
Set up Urns, milk jugs, biscuits, cordial cups etc on trestle
table/s.
These tables have been set up for signing-n by the Children’s
Ministries, and are then used for “Cuppa”.
Serve as necessary. You’ll see when everyone has been served.
PACK-AWAY when serving has been concluded.
All items brought from the Kitchen are to be collected and returned
to Kitchen after service has ended.
Collect URNS, Power leads, jugs cordial bottles and anything
else to Kitchen;
Wash appropriate items (spoons, jugs etc.) and store in their
places. Store trolley.
Refill containers with every item listed in the Instruction on
the container lid. (thios will ensure that container is ready
for the following week. Refill Cordial Bottles for the following
week and place in Refrigerator.
